Synopsis:

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Augusta GA (VISN 7), is issuing a solicitation for landscape maintenance for the uptown and downtown divisions at the VA Medical Center, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta GA, for the period 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2009, with four one year option periods. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, specialized equipment, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, fertilizer, and other necessary materials, supervision and transportation to perform landscape maintenance services on all property. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561730, with a size standard of $6.5 million. This procurement is 100% set aside for small owned businesses. The solicitation will be issued July 26, 2008.
