DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services/supplies prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12.6 and supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the RFQ; quotes are due on 11 April 2008 at 4:00 p.m. mountain standard time. This RFQ incorporates FAR provisions and clauses through FAC: 2005-23, December 26, 2007. This RFQ is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is: 561720 with a small business size standard of: $15 million. The Specifications consists of, but are not limited to, the contractor providing the following services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Location: Rocky Mountain Arsenal, National Wildlife Refuge Buildings 120, 121, and 383 Denver, CO 80239 Line item numbers: 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001. 0001 Base Period 4/15/2008 through 3/31/2009 Janitorial Services for Rocky Mountain Arsenal NWR in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. 1001 Option Period 1 from 4/1/2009 through 3/31/2010 Janitorial Services for Rocky Mountain Arsenal NWR in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. 1002 Option Period 2 from 4/1/2010 through 3/31/2011 Janitorial Services for Rocky Mountain Arsenal NWR in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. 1003 Option Period 3 from 4/1/2011 through 3/31/2012 Janitorial Services for Rocky Mountain Arsenal NWR in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. 1004 Option Period 4 from 4/1/2012 through 3/21/2013 Janitorial Services for Rocky Mountain Arsenal NWR in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
