Synopsis: This proposed procurement is Set-Aside for small businesses, NAICS 561720 with a size standard of $14.0M. Estimated cost of this requirement is between $2,000.00 and $2,250.00 for a Base Year and 4 Option Years.

Work consists of supplying all equipment, materials, labor, supplies, transportation, etc. to provide Janitorial Services located at 1300 Nortn Dupont Highway, Dover Commons, Dover, De. areas three (3) times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday except Federal Holidays) at approximately 2,500 square feet. The work is to be performed during the period, 02 June 2008 through 30 September 2008. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI.

The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS), a one-time registration process for vendors/contractors. Accounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/ vendors, go to www.fedteds.gov for additional information. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.
