THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLYNO FORMAL SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking capable firms to provide Janitorial Services for the Franklin Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), Franklin, North Carolina. Firm will provide all management, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and labor, to develop and implement a housekeeping plan for the Franklin CBOC located at 647 Wayah Street, Franklin, North Carolina. Duties to be performed are cleaning of all offices, exam rooms, conference rooms, corridors, entrances, restrooms, patient care areas and storage rooms, totaling 6,500 square feet daily Monday through Friday between the hours of 4:30 pm and 12 midnight. Duties also include high dusting, washing walls, floors, vents, glass doors, windows and carpet cleaning. All cleaning supplies provided by contractor are to be hospital grade with appropriate MSDS Sheets available at all times. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 561720, size standard $11M. Responses to this notice should include the following: Name and address of company; business size (large/small); identify whether or not firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories- 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, etc. Firm's number of years in the business of providing Janitorial Services.
