The Center for Health Care Contracting, MEDCOM Health Care Acquisition Activity, Ft Sam Houston, TX intends to award a Sole Source, Non-Personal Services, Interim Purchase Order to Brooks and Brooks Services for two (2) months The contractor will provide for hospital grade custodial cleaning, utility support, landscaping services and snow removal for the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP). All work shall be performed in accordance with commercial standards and the Statement of Work. This is a short term requirement for the period 1 October 2008 through 30 November 2008. No competitive solicitation documents exists and requests for such documents will not be considered. Telephone responses will not be accepted and any correspondence must be in writing or via email. See Note 22.
