The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 4 has a requirement for the procurement of Hazardous Waste Disposal Services for each of its facilities for a period of one (1) base year with 2 one year renewal options. Services are for pickup, disposal and/or recycling of hazardous and specialized waste materials in compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, city and local laws, rules and regulations as stated in the solicitation for multiple sites within the VISN to include Altoona, Butler, Coatesville, Erie, Lebanon, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Wilkes-Barre in Pennsylvania; Clarksburg, West Virginia, and Wilmington, Delaware. This is a 100% set-aside procurement for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 562211 with a small business size standard of $11.5M. Electronic Solicitation will be available on/about September 2, 2008 to interested parties through electronic data interchange at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ for downloading.
