Synopsis:

The United States Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for Fire watch services for the U.S. Coast Guard Yard. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 561210 and the small business size standard is $32.5 million. This is an 8a set aside. The Government anticipates awarding a requirements contract for one base year and four (4) one (1) year options. The work shall be performed in accordance with the Coast Guard Scope of Work that will be included in the solicitation. The place of performance is: USCG Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Responses to this notice and questions and/or comments shall be submitted to Stefanie Schmitz at Stefanie.W.Schmitz@uscg.mil no later than 1pm EST on 23 April 2008. Solicitation Package HSCG40-08-R-40010 should be posted on or about 9 April 2008. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor FEDBIZSOPPS for changes or amendments.
