The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a combined synopsis solicitation, request for quote (RFQ) number W912P5-08-T-0020, for services to include all labor, supplies, and equipment to remove drift and debris (combustible and non-combustible) from the shoreline of Lake Cumberland, located in South Central Kentucky, from the CONLEY BOTTOM MARINA TO TATE SUBDIVISION BOAT RAMP.
RFQ W912P5-08-T-0020 is set aside 100% for small business concerns utilizing NAICS code 562998 with a business standard size of $6.5M. From this RFQ, the Government anticipates to award one firm fixed price contract with services beginning as soon as possible from the contract award date. The anticipated release date for RFQ W912P5-08-T-0020 is on or about June 17, 2008 with a closing date for quotes of July 2, 2008. Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit currently scheduled June 26, 2008, 9:00 10:30 a.m., local time. Further information regarding the site visit will be announced in the solicitation.

You can access these files from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov.
