PURPOSE OF THIS SOLICITATION: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to purchase
Bow-500 Series Plumbing Supplies inclusive of all items listed above for the Oregon
Department of Corrections (ODOC), to be sent to TWO RIVERS CORRECTIONAL INSITITUTION, 82911
BEACH ACCESS RD, UMATILLA, OR 97882.
The entire ITB is attached as a mandatory attachment and can be downloaded under the file
folder icon "attachments exist". This mandatory document MUST be returned with bid offer.
SIGNATURE ON ITB: Bids must be signed by an authorized representative of the bidder.
Signature on a bid certifies that the bid is made without connection with any person, firm
