Description:
The project site is generally described as a museum complex of several buildings. Four buildings require roofing repair work ranging from removal of existing asphalt shingle and membrane roofing, and associated flashing and underlayments, installation of new asphalt shingle and membrane roofing, including new associated underlayments, flashings, through roof vents, gutters, gutter guards/covers, and downspouts. Repairs will include replacement of limited areas of wood trim and associated painting of repairs, replacement of limited areas of aluminum siding trims and soffit venting. Repairs will include areas of roof sheathing replacement. If any questions, please contact Commonwealth Architects as instructed in the attached IFB.
