In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2166.2533, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is soliciting proposals for constructions of Project No. 08-032A-6106. The project consists of approximately 60,000 sq. ft. of roof replacement on the Office of the Attorney Generals Warehouse at the Promontory Point Bldg, 4044 Promontory Point, Austin, TX 78744. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCES: The mandatory pre-proposal conferences are scheduled for Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 10:00 AM and Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the office of the Attorney Generals Warehouse at the Promontory Point Bldg, 4044 Promontory Point, Austin, TX 78744. Respondents must attend at least one of the two (2) pre-proposal conferences. Proposals submitted by firms that did not attend one of the mandatory pre-proposal conferences will be rejected.
