Synopsis:

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12., using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items and authority of FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation and is the ONLY notice that will be issued. A hard copy of the solicitation is included in the attachment. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil). The RFQ number is N00244-08-T-0301. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-24 and DFARS Change Notice 20080331. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfars/index.h! tm. The NAICS code is 316991 and the Small Business Standard is 500 employees. This is an 100% Small Business set-aside, competitive procurement. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001, Rolling Travel Bag, color: Black, size: Size: 23"wx 13"H x 12"D, 600D polyester, with wheels, zippered compartments, telescoping (retractable) handle, with Command logo (to be provided via email). Color of logo as per sample provided. Quantity: 3000 Delivery by date is June 24, 2008. FOB: Destination. The closing date is 14 April 2008, 10:00 a.m. pacific time.
