This contract is for the replacement construction of local storm and sanitary sewer, distribution watermains, roads and appurtenant works on Water Street North from Duke Street to Victoria Street and Francis Street North from Duke Street to Water Street. The work includes complete replacement of existing granular road base and asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, impressed coloured concrete, cul-de-sac construction on Francis Street, pedestrian and roadway street lighting, hydro duct construction, and related restorations.
