Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Purchasing Agent, 211 W. Aspen Avenue, until 3:00 p.m. MST on Friday, the 23rd day of May, 2008 to landscape the Rio Well Facility. The project consists of grading, irrigation, planting, and seeding, and miscellaneous boulder work located at 350 South Babbitt Drive, Flagstaff Arizona. It is the intention of the City of Flagstaff to enter into a Contract for the proposed construction. The time allowed from the completion of the work in this project will be ninety (90) calendar days.
