This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management Dallas intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Envisage Systems LTD, Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted GBR, HP4 1EH for the purchase of the Raw 1 Ribbon Analysis Workstation and Raw 1 High specification personal computer for use with the RAW system. The RAW 1 system is designed to enable specialists to transcribe and analyze any of the wide range of single-strike film typewriter ribbons in a vastly reduced period of time compared with that currently taken. Items to be delivered: 0001 RAW 1, 1 each; 0002 RAW 1 High Specification PC, 1 each; 0003 Delivery Charges, Insurance, etc., 1 each. Delivery Address: McLean, Virginia 22102 and delivery time is 8-12 weeks after receipt of order. This solicitation document incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26.
