Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to complete the following construction project, Revitalize Water Distribution System, RVKQ 94-0466, to include the following: (1) Saw cut and remove existing bituminous pavement, existing concrete pavement, curbs and lawn areas as required . (2) Abandon existing mains, valve boxes and fire hydrants as required. (3) Remove and replace all signs, bollards, sign posts and light poles as required. (4) Provide new bituminous pavement, concrete pavement and curbs as required. (5) Provide new lawn areas as required. (6) Excavate and backfill test pits in advance of construction. (7) Provide new water supply lines, shut off valves, fire hydrants, pipe restraints and water service connections to buildings as required. Work to be performed at the 914 Airlift Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara County, NY. Performance Time 425 calendar days. Proposals shall be evaluated on both past performance and price, with past performance being significantly higher than price. The successful contractor will be selected using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures, resulting in the Best Value for the Government. A single Firm Fixed-Price construction contract will be awarded. The solicitation is Full & Open Competition with a 10% evaluation preference for HubZone concerns. The NAICS code is 237110, the SIC code is 1623 and the Small Business Size Standard is $31 Million. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
