This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Reference No. 08BIA0022. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. The NACIS code is 339113, size standard of 500 employees. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Artesia, New Mexico, has a requirement for the following respiratory equipment:
Item 1: Warrior 45 psi with Pass and Warbling Whistle, Sperian No. 45WW01, or equal 10 each.
Item 2: 60-minute 4500 psig (fully wrapped carbon), without locking collar, Sperial No. W917161, or equal 10 each.
Item 3: 60-minute 4500 psig (fully wrapped carbon), without locking collar, free spare , Sperian No. W917161 10 each.
Item 4: Twenty Twenty Plus Facepiece-CBRN, Med. Nose cup, Headnet Harness, Black, Medium, Sperial No. SU-242026, or equal 17 each.
Item 5: Warrior Buddy Breather, OTS w/SAR Check Valves, Sperian No. X-975556, or equal 10 each.
Item 6: Warrior Buddy Breather Pouch, Sperian No. X-975625, or equal 10 each.
Item 7: Warrior CommCommand Voice Amplification System, Sperian No. X-242136, or equal 10 each.
This requirement will be awarded as a fixed price order. Offerors are to provide detailed information on item/s quoted. Offerors shall include any applicable shipping charges as a separate line item. This procurement is set aside to small businesses.
