This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being solicited and the written number is Quote number is W912L9-08-T-0033 issued as a Request for Quote For a single, firm fixed-price contract for a Taymer SM 1000 (or equal) Hot Stamp Wire Marking Machine. This Request for quote (RFP) can be found at www.nationalguardcontracting.org , then click on NGB Advertised Solicitations. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. This requirement is being advertised as a 100% small business set aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333298 with a Small Business Size Standard of five hundred (500) employees. The SIC code is 3953. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business.
