Synopsis:

The 43rd Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for Work Order # 92425, Renovate Four Bathrooms in Building 738 at Pope AFB, NC. The project consists of replacing toilets, urinals, sinks, vanity, floor tile and wall tile. It also includes installing solid plastic toilet partitions, soap dispensers, cloths hooks, and a wall mounted waste receptacle. The performance period is 60 calendar days. Performance shall be in strict accordance with project documents. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $14M. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business. The Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued as a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 04 September 2008 via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking FBO to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to the solicitation; prospective offerors are encouraged to register for notification through FBO. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award.
