Description
The purpose of this synopsis/solication is to notify industry that CBP intends to award a Sole Source Fixed Priced Order to Florida Marlins LP under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302.1. The contemplated order will provide advertising during the Florida Marlins regular game season. Home plate sign during 9th inning home games; Fixed signage on the left and right outfield walls; P.A. announcements; Team sponsorship; Local radio and tv broadcasts; National media coverage; The Period of Performance is date of award to regular baseball season. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with the source identified herein. This is not a notice for competitive proposals and no formal solicitation package is available, however, prospective contractors who believe they can sucessfully propose must provide specific, detailed, technical documentation to support such claims and abilitiies to the Point of Contact for this short notice prior to the closing date for this notification.
