RUIN PIT CRUSH AND STOCKPILE. Project consists of the expansion of an existing gravel production site on the Kaibab National Forest, with clearing and grubbing of some existing trees, drilling and blasting, and the crushing and stockpiling of crushed aggregate surfacing material, and quality control measures. Ruin Pit is located approximately 21 miles southeast of Williams, Arizona. The total amount of funds the Government has available for award is $260,000.00. Bidders shall bid a unit price for each ton. Bids will be evaluated on the total quantity of aggregate produced based on the unit price. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Work is expected to begin July 1, 2008. Bid, performance and payment bonds are required. Solicitation will be posted/issued on FebBizOpps on or about May, 13, 2007.
