The government intends to issue a solicitation on or about May 20, 2008 for Roof Replacement Mogollon Rim Ranger Station.
Description:
RFQ AG-94TZ-S-08-0036 Roof Replacement Mogollon Rim RS Notice of Set-Aside for Emerging Small Business Concerns. This project consists of removal of old fascia flashing and gutters and replacing with matching and same size of the fascia that was removed. Gutter reinstallation or replacement is not required. Also the roof, estimated to be 3972 square feet, is to be recovered using a Dura-Last single ply membrane roofing system, or equal. The new roofing system shall included all the manufacturer s compatible accessories including, but not limited to: roof jacks, appliance vent stacks, edge and corner components, drip flashing, term bars, curbs, etc. Work includes providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and all accessories to complete the roof and flashing replacement following all current applicable codes as per the specifications, drawings and attachments. The project area is located at the Mogollon Rim Ranger Station with is approximately 61 miles from Flagstaff, AZ on State Route 87. Proceed south from Flagstaff on Coconino County Road 3 for approximately 53 miles to the intersection of State Route 87. Turn left and proceed approximately 8 miles to the Ranger Station which is on the south side of the road. Driving time from Flagstaff is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 20, 2008. Quotes are due June 20, 2008. There will be a pre-quotation walk-thru at the project site, Mogollon Ranger Station; the date is to be announced. The magnitude of this project is under $30,000 in accordance with FAR 19.1007. NAICS Code 238160 applies. Emerging Small Business Size Standard is $6.5M. This Project is 100% for Emerging Small Businesses.
