Bid Description:
The Governor € s Committee on the Employment of People with Disabilities (GCEPD) seeks a coordinator.
Requires 20 hours per week. Hourly rate is between $18 and $22 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
The Coordinator will:
Lend supportive services to the GCEPD and sub-committees.
Write and coordinate all aspects of the GCEPD newsletter distributed every other month.
Attend all GCEPD meetings and assume responsibility for recording and distributing the minutes of meetings.
Assist the GCEPD in coordinating the times and places of meetings, along with the agendas of those meetings.
Coordinate the dissemination of all written information in accessible format to GCEPD members and pertinent parties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor € s Degree
Computer skills including familiarity with email and MS Word.
Good written communication including strong minute taking, and newsletter creation skills.
Disability awareness and experience working with people with disabilities
