The Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault (Council) is seeking a professional services consultant to assist in the formulation and documentation of a strategic plan that, driven by the Councils mission, will guide CDVSA activities over the next five to 10 years. The contractors services will be managed and monitored by the Council Executive Director who is based in Juneau, Alaska.
