The Comal County Mental Retardation Center and the Comal County Mental Health Clinic, programs of Hill Country Community MHMR Center, are requesting bid quotations for office/work center/clinic space in New Braunfels, Texas, which will provide services for area residents. Consideration will be given to a total of 8,000 net usable square feet or two tracks of 4,000 net usable square feet each. The total building must meet handicapped access pursuant to the Americans Disability Act and 504 requirements. Hill Country Community MHMR Center will consider bidders that are willing to enter into a lease beginning on or about September 1, 2008.
