RECOVERY: The BIA, Navajo Regional Office, has a requirement for Contract Administrative Services during the construction phase for the HVAC system replacement at Greyhills Academy High School, Tuba City, Arizona. The Government intends to acquire the services using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, for the contract administration services. The BIA intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of the contract administration services.This solicitation is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Public Law 111-5, and the contractor shall comply with ARRA statute and all applicable laws, regulations, provisions, policies, procedures, and clauses, including but not limited to meeting the requirements of Sec. 1512 of the ARRA and other accountability and transparency conditions.Solicitation No. RA000910271 will be issued utilizing Standard Form 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items. The solicitation is unrestricted and is solicited on an open market basis. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Regional Office, solicits work consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, laboratory, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide contract administration services for the HVAC replacement project at Greyhills Academy High School. Interested firms are requested to submit a written request to obtain the solicitation package by facsimile, Fax No. (505) 863-8382. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. Award will be made based on the evaluation factors and price. Due to the urgency of the requirement, the response time is shortened.
