Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-26 dated 12 June 2008.
Solicitation number W31P4Q-08-Q-0055 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to issue a purchase order under the provisions of FAR Part 12. Request the purchase of CLIN 0001 will be issued for one Strategic Plan Training. CLIN 0001 will be exercised on or before 30 September 2008. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430. FOB: Destination, Ship to: U.S. Army, ATTN: Charlene Bertus, AMSRD-AMR-SE-TD, Technical Data Management Division, Engineering Directorate, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5270. Any award resulting from this RFP will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated and shall remain in full force in any resulting purchase order.
