The STATEMENT OF WORK includes the following:
The successful offeror will focus on a discrete trend or hypothesis in women's business ownership and, utilizing the Council's special tabulations from the 2002 SBO and, where appropriate, additional primary or secondary sources, datasets available from the Census Bureau, produce a concise and actionable analysis (see Attachment A for description of dataset and variables). Creativity in the proposed area of focus will play a large role in the contract award.
Task Number One: Conduct a thorough analysis of the trend or concept outlined in the quote, using additional data and resources if necessary. Task Number Two: Develop findings and prepare draft report. Task Number Three: Edit drafts based on Council comments and complete the final written report, including executive summary and relevant appendices. The contractor shall provide the NWBC with electronic versions of the report in print-ready PDF and Word formats to facilitate printing and posting on the NWBC web site.
