Description
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source contingent upon funds availability to Bruce Broughton, under the authority of FAR 8.405-6. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. However, all quotes received by 04 February 2008, 4:00 pm MST, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally by considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Sole Source is based upon the the individual providing a unique musical compostion for the United States Air Force Academy Band.
