Description
FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Division intends to solicit for administrative and urinalysis collection services in support of the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) Pensacola, FL. Administrative support will include: management of all administrative functions, correspondence processing, handling classified material, processing message traffic, office automation functions, the handling and processing of mail, preparing travel orders, personnel security clearance support, pass liaison representative functions, directive, forms, publication and reports management, and other general administrative functions. Urinalysis collection support will include the services of personnel, management and supervision, and materials to accomplish approximately 700 sample collections per month. The acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses and is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of FAR Part 13.5 - Test Program Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will require the submission of a technical and price quotation. Placement of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for 60-months total performance (including possible options) is anticipated. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation for consideration by FISC NORVA Philadelphia Division. The RFQ will be available electronically upon its release on the Navy Electronic Commerce Office (NECO) website at www.neco.navy.mil. Number Note (1) applies.
