Pre-Proposal Conference Registrants List
A list of all individuals who have submitted a complete and conformed Base Access Form requesting access to Selfridge ANG Base MI in order to attend the PASS Pre-Performance Conference has been posted. Information will be updated as information is received though Monday, 9 March 2009. If you do not see your name on the list and you provided a faxed or emailed form, then email this office to inquire about your request: 127thwgcontracting@miself.ang.af.mil.
On 11 March the attendees should approach the Gate and advise Security Personnel that they are on the Access List for the PASS Pre-Performance Conference to be held at the Joint Dining Facility, Bldg 164. Attendees are cautioned to allow sufficient time for processing through the gate in order to meet the 1:00 P.M. start time. A map to building 164 will be available at the gate, upon request.
Attendees shall ensure all individuals in the vehicle (driver and all passengers) have valid photo identification. Drivers must have a valid drivers license. Drivers of privately owned vehicles must have current proof of insurance and current vehicle registration. Drivers of rental vehicles must have the rental agreement. Failure to produce the required documentation will result in denial of access to the installation.
All attendees must park in the lot on the east side of Building 164. Entry to the building will be from the east door only. The doors to the building will open at approximately 12:30 P.M.
Non-Registrants
For those not registered or unable to attend the Conference, the PowerPoint presentation, as well as all of the Questions and Answers from the event will be posted on the solicitation website shortly after the Conference.
