PROVIDE LOGISTICS ANALYSIS OF CLASS I, II, III, IV, AND VII, UTILIZING ALL LEVELS OF SARSS. PROVIDE CONTINUITY OF SUPPORT BETWEEN MILITARY ROTATIONS AND PROVIDE SARSS ANALYSIS AND FINANCIAL REPORTING AS WELL AS SUPPORT DODAAC REQUIREMENTS. PROVIDE ITEM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT FOR CLASS I, II, III(P), IV, AND VII. PROVIDE ITEM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT FOR AVIATION MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT AND DEPOT LEVEL REPAIRABLE AND FLEET MAINTENANCE. PROVIDE CLASS V LOGISTICS ANALYST, SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT TO SUPPORT THE SAAS SYSTEM. PROVIDE STATISTICAL ANALYSIS AND BRIEFING CHARTS. REVIEW PLANS, PREPARE BRIEFINGS, ADMINISTER COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS. PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT. MAINTAIN GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT (GFE) AND FACILITIES. PROVIDE LOGISTICS PLANNING GUIDANCE AND RESPONSIVE LOGISTICS SUPPORT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) FORCES WITHIN AVAILABLE RESOURCE CONSTRAINTS AND APPROPRIATE REGULATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR MAY BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL IN! SUPPORT OF THIS REQUIREMENT TO 1ST THEATER SUSTAINMENT COMMAND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (KUWAIT QATAR, IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN, HORN OF AFRICA, SINAI, OR BAHRAIN). THIS CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FOR A BASE PERIOD WITH UP TO FOUR OPTION PERIODS. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
