THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is soliciting comments, suggestions and industry feedback regarding the Office of Multifamily/Office of Affordable Housing Preservation (OAHP) Mortgage Loan Servicing and Property Management System requirement. Specifically, we request you provide input on the clarity of the Statement of Work document and your thoughts on converting it to a Performance-Based Work Statement.
HUD welcomes all questions, concerns, clarifications and any other input that would assist in developing this requirement using Performance-Based acquisition methodology. We would also like to get feedback on what contract type would best fit this requirement. Industry input is sought in order to make the SOW as complete, accurate, understandable and achievable as possible and also what contract.
