Description
The United States Postal Service (USPS) has a requirement for a qualified commercial outdoor advertising management firm to manage the USPS's commercial outdoor advertising services.
USPS the exclusive right and privilege to enter into advertising licenses for Commercial Outdoor Advertising signboards, billboards and displays, on property owned, leased or operated by USPS. USPS reserves the right to award a national contract or regional contracts. The primary objective is to seek firms (a Manager) that can (i) manage the present commercial advertising display leases, (ii) manage, maintain and market the commercial advertising displays located on the current locations, and (iii) develop, market, manage and maintain commercial advertising displays on new or additional locations including, but not limited to, buildings, vacant land parcels, parking facilities, other buildings and other property owned, leased or operated by USPS.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued within three weeks from the date of this posting and RFP response date will be 30 days after the RFP is issued. While this acquisition is not a small business set-aside, small business participation is encouraged.
