Synopsis:

RFQ W9124D08T0191 will be issued for various quantities of quarters furnishings (i.e. bunkable beds, wardrobes, nightstands, 3-drawer chests, desks, TV stands, upholstered chairs, lamps (table and floor), side chairs, loveseats, sofas, coffee tables, end tables, pool table, foos ball table, HDTV, DVD/VCR, microfridge, washers, dryers). Three separate deliveries starting on or before 90 days after date of award. Destination is Fort Knox, KY. One delivery will require installation of furnishing in quarters building. Remaining deliveries will be to warehouse locations. All deliveries and installation will be coordinated with the Facility Management Officer (FMO) 72 hours prior to delivery. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business and NAICS 337122, with a size standard of 1000 employees, applies to this requirement. The solicitation will be issued on or about 22 September 2008 with quotes due on or about 25 September 2008. The solicitation will be posted on the Fort Knox homepage website at http://doc.knox.army.mil on or about 22 September 2008. Award will be made in the aggregate to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible offer. Failure to submit a quote on all items will render the offeror non-responsive. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments.
