Q & A:

1.       The Scope of Work states that the meals are for Camp Beauregard, Pineville, LA and Hammond, LA but the solicitation states Camp Beauregard, Pineville, LA. Which location will the meals be served?

The meals are to be served at     Camp Beauregard, Pineville, LA. Paragraph 1 of the Scope of Work states the following:

           1.       The requirements of this contract are for providing hot Breakfast and hot Dinner meals for soldiers performing Annual Training at Camp Beauregard, Pinevi lle, LA and Hammond, LA.

It should read as follows:

           1.       The requirements of this contract are for providing hot Breakfast, hot Dinner meals and a travel lunch (on the last day) for soldiers performing Annual Training at Camp Beauregard, P ineville, LA.


2.       Is the menu set or do you want something as close as possible?

The menu is a guide set by the Food Counsel of the Louisiana National Guard. It does not need to be followed exactly but should be as close as possible to ens ure our soldiers are receiving a balanced diet.

3.       Is it possible to set up a mobile kitchen on base?

A mobile kitchen can be setup outside of the dining facility where the soldiers will be eating as long as it is self containing.
