The Northport VA Medical Center - is seeking firms that can provide Readjustment Counseling Services to Eastern Long Island (Suffolk County) New York. This will include eligible veterans referred by the Veterans Administration Medical Center and Northport VA, NY. The Veteran's Centers mission is to provide outreach and counseling Vietnam and post Vietnam Era, Korean War, WWII, Somalia, Lebanon, Grenada, Panama, Former Yugoslav Operations, Persian Gulf, Global War on Terrorism, and Other Combat Operations. Eligibility for readjustment counseling services is not limited to Vietnam Era Veterans and post-Vietnam war zone veterans. This is a Pre-solicitation notice for 100% small business. This contract will be for two (2) years with each year after 1 year as optional renewal year. Telephone request shall not be honored.
