Description: The VA New Jersey Healthcare System, 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018-1023 - is seeking firms that can provide Readjustment Counseling Services to the beneficiaries of the NJHCS. This service will be established for all counties in New Jersey with exception of Essex and Somerset Counties due the proximity of VAMC facilities in these counties where in-house service is available. The service provider must be located in New Jersey. Veteran Center's mission is to provide outreach and counseling Vietnam and post Vietnam Era, Korean War, WWII, Somalia, Lebanon, Grenada, Panama, Former Yugoslav Operations, Persian Gulf, Global War on Terrorism, and Other Combat Operations. Eligibility for readjustment counseling services is not limited to Vietnam Era Veterans and post-Vietnam war zone veterans. This contract will be for One (1) year. This Pre-solicitation notice is for 100% Small Business. Telephone request shall not be honored.
