Description
Provide Readjustment Counseling Services to eligible veterans who shall be referred by the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV. For the purpose of this contract, counseling will be provided by Psychiatrists, PhD, Psychologist, Licensed Social Workers, Registered Nurses, or other counselors, individually or in concert, to ameliorate social, psychological, or behavioral impairment which interferes with individual relationships, or overall ability to cope with problems encountered in daily life. Readjustment counseling to include individual, group, and family counseling and career counseling, job and career counseling, (other than job training, skills development, and placement services), and substance abuse counseling. Prospective offerors must be located in Cumberland, MD (counties: Allegheny and Garrett). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement. The NAICS and size standard are 621220, $6.0 million. Period of performance is 6/1/08 ??? 5/31/09 with 4-1 option years. Proposals are due on 3/19/08 at 2:00 PM. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be sent out. Contractors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any subsequent amendments which may be issued.
