Description
The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Health Care service purchase order for a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist/Technician to provide services at the Wanblee PHS, IHS Health Center, Wanblee, South Dakota. The period of performance will be from date of award through September 30, 2008 or 1260 hours; whichever comes first. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of this purchase order. Request for RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or fax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be January 18, 2008. The closing date of this RFQ package is February 4, 2008.
