Synopsis:

The VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina has a need for Off-site Radiology Services for the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Hamlet, North Carolina. Contractor shall provide use of equipment, facility, professional and technical personnel to perform routine radiology exams to authorized veterans referred by the Hamlet CBOC. Services will be provided at the contractors place of business, which must be located within a close proximity of the city limits of Hamlet, North Carolina, in order to allow patients to receive radiology services in a timely, safe and efficient manner without compromising patient care. This procurement is being advertised as Unrestricted. The NAICS code is 621512 and size standard is $12.5M. Contract period will be from date of award to September 30, 2008 with four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion.
