This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This notice is for information and planning purposes only. Information gathered from this notice will aid in the determination of the type of set-aside to be used in the event that a solicitation is issued. This is not a request for proposals and does not commit the government to award a contract; therefore, no solicitation is available at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Dayton, OH, 45428-9000 is issuing a Sources Sought/RFI for Interventional Radiology Services. The contract radiologist shall provide services in all areas of interventional radiology, to include, but not limited to Tumor ablation; Aortogram; Angiography; Biopsy; AV fistulogram; Placement of central venous catheter; IVC filter; Lumbar puncture; Abcess drainage; Conscious sedation; Nephrostomy; Stent placement; Paracentesis; Thoracentesis; Percutaneous biliary drainage; Fistulogram; Venography; Embolization; Vetebroplasty; Gastrostomy; Thrombolysis; Thrombectomy; and Angioplasty. The contract radiologist shall be experienced in pain management, to include, but not limited to, Spinal cord stimulator; Radiofrequency Ablation; Interdiscal Electrothermal Therapy (IDET); Epidural steroid injection; Sacroiliac joint injection; Facet blocks; Medial branch blocks; RF ablation; and tumor ablation including Transarterial Chemoembolization (TACE). In response to this sources sought/RFI, provide company from Candidates must provide data on proposed staffing including current locations where currently practicing and planned coverage in times of staff shortages (eg vacation, sick time, etc). Interested offerors are requested to submit capability statements, including your organization's technical qualifications to perform this work and your organization's business size status based on the specified NAICS code 621111.
