Synopsis:

Laboratory Services for the South Atlantic Division (SAD), LOCATION OF WORK: covering the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee for Base and 4 option years. CONTRACT TYPE: FIRM FIXED PRICE. Any variance from requested scope of work should be noted at time of bid. NAICS CODE: 621511. SIZE STANDARD: $12.5 M. The Request For Quotation will be available on or about June 23, 2008 and closing date is July 17, 2008 at 2:00 P.M (CDT). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. All prospective contractors and their subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. Contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of this contract. Solicitation documents, plans and specifications will only be available via FedBizOpps. Registration for plans and specifications should be made via FedBizOpps Internet Homepage. If you are not registered, the United States government is not responsible for providing you with notifications of any changes to this solicitation. The solicitation will be available only as a direct download. This solicitation will not be issued on CD-ROM. Neither telephonic, mailed, nor fax requests will be accepted.
