Synopsis:

The VISN 7 Logistics Network Contracting Activity, Augusta Georgia is soliciting information from responsible contractors to perform routine Optometry exams for beneficiaries of the Greenville Outpatient Clinic, Greenville, SC, Anderson Outpatient Clinics, Anderson South Carolina and Spartanburg CBOC, Spartanburg, SC consisting of approximately 3500 completed eye exams and/or procedures. The required Optometry Services shall be performed as Cost per Procedure (CPT) in accordance with the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Resource Directives and Regulations. Services shall be performed as Non-Personal Health Care Services for a period of three (3) months to begin 9/30/08 through 12/31/08.
