Description
The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Service Purchase Order for Mobile Mammography Services at the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate Health Center in Sisseton, South Dakota. The period of performance will be from May 1, 2008 through September 20, 2008 with four (4) one (1) year options. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include, travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes. Request for the RFQ shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be January 30, 2008. The closing date of this RFQ package is February 15, 2008.
