Synopsis:

The Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center, Columbus, Ohio (VISN 10) intends to solicit inpatient healthcare. The purpose of this contract will be to provide inpatient healthcare services to authorized patients for the full episodes of care in accordance with the provisions of Public Law 104-262; United States Code (U.S.C) Title 38, Section 8153, Enhanced Sharing Authority. These services are to be provided to patients entitled to VA medical benefits provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center, Columbus, Ohio. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, supplies, pharmaceuticals, and other items and expertise necessary for, or incident to the provision of authorized services. The contractor shall be located no further than 5 miles beyond the Interstate 270 Beltway.
