Synopsis:

This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System is seeking potential qualified contractors to provide a Capitated Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located in Mountain Home, Arkansas to service Marion, Izard, Searcy, Stone, Fulton and Baxter County Veterans. The contractor shall furnish health care providers, medical facilities, equipment, supplies and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical health needs of enrolled patients. The contractor shall be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of this contract and the health plan covered there under, including responsibility for all employees, agents, subcontractors and any other entity acting for or on behalf of the contractor. Responses to this sources sought must include General Information regarding your company such as Name, Address, Contact Person, Phone Number, E-mail address, Type of business such as Service Disabled Veteran owned, Veteran owned, 8(a), Hub Zone, Woman-owned, Minority-owned and Small businesses. In addition please indicate whether your company has experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs Capitated CBOC Program, and if it is your intention to be a joint venture with another company.
