This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation No. RFQ AG-05GG-S-08-0037 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) using the policies prescribed in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19.
This solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) for this acquisition is 333120 and the small business size standard is not to exceed 750 employees.

Offerors shall submit their proposed unit costs and past performance information to the Okanogan/Wenatchee NF address listed above.
Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition.
Quotations will be evaluated using the evaluation procedures in FAR Part 13. Quotations will be evaluated to determine the best value to the Government. The following evaluation factors will be used: past performance, ability to meet delivery period, price.
FAR provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall submit a completed copy with their quotation.
