'Forms & Terms' and 'Specifications' tabs.^^^^--****Please Note: Solicitation Close Date / Submission Deadline Date--Extended to 6/3/08 at 3:00 PM--AND--RFR Submission Checklist shows addition of Secretary of State Registration requirement.**** The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is issuing this Request for Response (RFR) to solicit responses from qualified Bidders to provide Promotional Items and Acquisition Services under a Statewide Contract. All Items Purchased under this contract MUST BE CUSTOMIZED. The incentive categories that are to be required from each contractor are listed below. 1) Tools--non-electronic (includes all non-electronic key holder incentives; 2) Toys / Outdoor / Sports / Exercise; 3) Health / Personal Care; 4)Containers (includes all drink cups, mugs and coolers; 5) Office Tools (includes clocks, all electronic gadgets, customized paper goods and related incentives, computer accessories, and customized writing utensils); 6) Fabric Incentives (customized fabric items, including clothing, umbrellas, and bags. ***Bidders are advised that OSD (1) restricts submission of written questions to the publicly accessible online Forum tool and (2) requires all responses to be submitted using the online submission tools available to active SmartBid account holders only, as specified in the RFR file attached on the Specifications tab of this record. Bidders are solely responsible to monitor this site for Solicitation amendments, if any. Bidders may monitor the record by frequently checking its Version Number and/or Last Changed values using publicly accessible Search and Browse tools on this site.
