Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is FA3047-08-TC-269. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 and DFARS change notice 20060814. The Offeror must be an authorized dealer and must quote on an all or none basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the best value for the Government and conforming to the solicitation the most advantageous to the Government. Please include CAGE Code, DUNS, Tax Identification Number, FOB Point, and Discount Terms. Availability and how long it will take to ship to Lackland AFB, TX. Quotes must be valid through 30 June 08. This is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS Code is 423410 and the size standard is 500. The Items are as follows: ITEM 0001: QTY: 7 EACH, Description: NEC LT 380 LCD XGA 3000 Lumens Projector/Reg Part # NelT380, LT380. ITEM 0002: QTY: 2 EACH, Description: NEC Replacement Lamp F/LT280/380/VT470/Reg Part # NELLT280, VT57LPE. ITEM 0003: QTY: 7 EACH, Description: Chief RPM081 Ceiling mount/Reg Part # CHRPM081, RPM081. These items are required to meet technical specifications that are listed above. The customer will determine if the items submitted on quote are technically correct.
